Arrival

The building spreads across nine floors in a modern and elegant style, with 710 rooms distributed to offer views of either the sea or the surrounding hills. Rooms start at 25 sqm for the Mountain View, Partial Sea View and Sea View categories, all featuring a furnished balcony or terrace, air conditioning, wifi, a daily-restocked minibar including beer, wine, fruit juice, soft drinks and water, as well as a tea and coffee courtesy tray. The bathroom comes with a bathtub or shower, slippers and a hairdryer. For larger families, the Family Annex Room offers 50 sqm and accommodates up to five adults or three adults and two children. The proximity to Ixia beach is a genuine advantage: an underground passage of approximately 150 metres connects the resort directly to the sand and pebbles, with no road to cross. The Acropolis of Rhodes is around 2 kilometres away, Rhodes town and its archaeological museum around 4 kilometres, and Diagoras International Airport around 10 kilometres, meaning a short transfer after a long flight.

Dining, all included

The Ultra All-Inclusive package covers meals at the main restaurant Epicurus, which serves a buffet of Greek and international cuisine at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks, coffees, sweets, ice creams, soft drinks, fruit juices, water, branded and local alcoholic drinks, filter coffee, beers, cocktails, long drinks and wines are served at will across all restaurants and bars in the resort. Six bars are available between 10am and 6am to cover every craving, from a sun-drenched afternoon drink to a late-night nightcap. Night-time hunger is also covered: the Express restaurant runs from 10:30pm to 6am with salads, starters, fruit, desserts, cheeses and hot and cold dishes in buffet format. The poolside restaurants Jolly Chef and Oliver's Chef serve lunch with pizzas, hot and cold dishes, snacks and desserts, and reopen between 10pm and midnight for crêpe and dessert lovers. The Ultra All-Inclusive package also includes one dinner at each of the five themed restaurants, with a set menu and table service. Lucullus serves traditional Greek cuisine, Marco Polo Italian, Astérias seafood, Red Elephant Asian, and the Poissons et Viandes restaurant offers a grill experience. Days by the water

Water is everywhere here. Four outdoor freshwater pools structure the resort, including the Escargot pool, set apart from the main animation area, with its sun loungers and parasols for those seeking quiet and shade at midday. A heated indoor freshwater pool rounds out the facilities for windier days or early and late-season stays. Pool and beach towels are provided. For those who prefer to keep moving, the programme is extensive and included in the stay: gym, yoga, stretching, body balance and body conditioning, two tennis courts, a basketball court, darts, archery, table tennis, pétanque, water polo, daily 4km coastal walks, dance fitness, mat and ball Pilates classes, floor gymnastics, step aerobics and aqua gym. Water sports are available on site but at an additional cost. Billiards, a 7D cinema and an arcade room are also available for a fee.

Evening vibes

The evening programme is international and runs daily. Concerts, shows, sports tournaments and olympiads set the rhythm of the nights. Once a week, a Greek evening featuring a live band and folk dancers adds a local flavour not found in every resort on the island. The Ômini Club welcomes children aged 4 to 11 inclusive, six days out of seven throughout the season, with French-speaking supervision during French school holidays. Activities include craft workshops, games, a splash pool with water games and slides, and a weekly mini-disco evening. Teenagers and adults are well served by the breadth of sporting activities and the variety of dining options.
