You arrive in Dubrovnik, drive a hundred kilometers south, and gradually the Dalmatian mountains draw closer to the coast. Your driver turns toward Podaca, a small white and discreet village, then descends toward the sea. This is not a destination for marble suites or Michelin-starred restaurants. You come here to breathe, swim, and drift along the rhythm of a club where daily activities set the pace and the Mediterranean does the rest.

Arrival

The lobby is welcoming without being formal. The hotel's 183 rooms are divided between a central building and annexes (note: no elevators in these annexes). We observed that each room features a balcony, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, telephone, television and free WiFi. Your room choice depends on budget and expectations: the Economy Room sleeps 2 adults, the Park View Double Room sleeps 2 adults and 1 child, the Sea View Double Room offers the same capacity facing the Adriatic. If traveling in a group or larger family, the Junior Suites (park or sea view) feature a separate bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge area, sleeping up to 2 adults and 2 children maximum. A Top of Travel representative is present at the hotel throughout the week to assist you. Note that the property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility: outdoor pathways and lack of elevators in certain wings make this impossible. Dubrovnik airport is approximately 130 kilometers away, Split city center is 100 kilometers away.

Dining, all included

The all-inclusive formula operates simply and efficiently here. The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet-style, featuring local Croatian flavors and international favorites. Late afternoon, between 4pm and 5pm, a poolside snack bar offers light fare. Local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are included throughout the day. If you wish to enhance your gastronomic experience, the Premium All-Inclusive Formula (optional, daily pricing per person) adds a bottle of wine (750ml), a daily espresso and an anise aperitif before dinner. The buffet sets a straightforward rhythm: no surprises, no complications. Children find plenty to eat. Days by the water

The hotel features two swimming pools and a children's basin. On the beach, you'll find an arranged concrete area and a small pebble beach, more authentic and less constructed. Sun loungers and parasols are complimentary around the pools and beach, subject to availability. Free WiFi functions in common areas, and you can rent beach towels. Water sports such as pedal boats, banana boats and similar activities are accessible immediately nearby. The hotel also offers a water park on the sea, where children love to splash safely. A fitness room opens to guests aged 18 and above. Not all water activities and water park access are included in the basic formula: we recommend clarifying with reception what is included and what requires a supplement.

Evening vibes

Six days per week, the club pulses with varied entertainment: aquagym and fitness during the day, volleyball, boules, and evenings featuring shows, dance nights, live music and "Top Exploreur" activities. The latter take you beyond the hotel to discover Dalmatian villages, local tastings, even Croatian language lessons. The atmosphere remains relaxed and sociable, far from industrial tourism. During school holidays, the Mini Club welcomes children aged 4 to 12 with games, creative activities, supervised lunch twice weekly and a weekly evening program. The Teen Club (13-17 years) offers sports, competitions and photo activities.

This hotel suits families seeking a hassle-free stay with entertainment and swimming. Couples appreciate the human scale and direct sea access. Groups of friends find accessible club atmosphere without excess. Seniors preferring quiet must accept that animations, while not intrusive, set the club's rhythm. However, wheelchair users or those with mobility difficulties should avoid: exterior access and absent elevators in certain wings make this impossible.
