From the moment you arrive, the hotel's philosophy is clear: holidays that breathe, where you walk barefoot, listen to the water, and make no decisions before noon.
Arrival
The 24-hour front desk welcomes guests efficiently. An on-site currency exchange service spares you the administrative hassle of day one, and free wifi covers the entire property, including all rooms. Accommodation is in bungalow-style units, which immediately sets a different tone from a standard tower hotel: each unit has a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, a television and a safe. The bathroom features either a bathtub or shower with hairdryer. Straightforward, functional, and free of unnecessary clutter.
For those wishing to upgrade, additional room categories are available at a supplement: a standard sea view room facing the Mediterranean, a triple room for two adults and one child, and a family room for two adults and two children. Dining, all included
The heart of the all-inclusive offer is the Meridian restaurant, the main buffet venue for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Local and international flavours sit side by side, and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the package. Three bars complete the drinks offer: the Lobby Bar, the Pool Bar and the Aquabar, all serving soft drinks, coffee, tea, juice, cocktails, draught beer and local table wines. The L'Express snack bar, open 24 hours a day, covers the gaps between meals with light bites and drinks, also included in the formula.
Around this core, the resort has built a remarkably diverse restaurant offering for a four-star property. Blue & Blue serves Mediterranean à la carte cuisine, by reservation, six evenings a week. Sofra takes guests into Tunisian specialities within a beautiful blue mosaic setting, six evenings a week. El Pescado focuses on seafood, also six evenings a week by reservation. The Pasta Bar runs through pasta in its many forms. For children, Krick Krack offers adapted lunches and dinners, by reservation. The Churrascaria, set at the beach's edge, serves Brazilian specialities six days a week weather permitting, though at an additional charge. The Café Maure, with its traditional Tunisian coffeehouse ambiance, serves mint tea and shisha, also at a supplement.

Days by the water
Water is everywhere here, and it is a promise genuinely kept. Three outdoor pools are accessible with sun loungers, mattresses and parasols. A fourth, indoor pool rounds out the offer and closes from July to September when Tunisia's summer heat makes it redundant. A hot tub is also available on the property. The beach is directly accessible from the park, with the fine sand characteristic of the Monastir coastline and the Mediterranean within easy reach.
The aquapark is the showpiece for families, open from 3 April to 3 November and a strong draw for summer stays. The land-based sports programme is equally dense: tennis (with paid lighting and lessons), table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, beach volleyball, beach football, table football, darts, frisbee and water polo are all available on site. The animation team runs daytime sports and leisure activities, alongside fitness sessions including aerobics, step, dance aerobics and morning jogging. Motorised water sports and windsurfing are available but charged separately.
Evening vibes
Evenings at the One Resort have their own steady rhythm. The animation team runs what the hotel calls Soirées One adultes, mixing group games, family competitions, mind games such as backgammon and chess, and pétanque. It is not the theatrical cabaret of some larger clubs, but a genuine conviviality where guests come together around activities that build connections rather than simply watching a stage show. The Lobby Bar remains the natural spot to extend the evening over a glass of local wine or a draught beer.
Who is it for?
The One Resort Aquapark & Spa is clearly built around families. Three mini-clubs cover every age group with commendable precision: One Kids for ages 4 to 7, One Maxi for ages 8 to 12, and One Adolescents for ages 13 to 17. Open six days a week from 9:30 to 17:00, they offer group games, sports competitions, board games and cinema. Parents can thus enjoy the spa, which offers hammam sessions, hot tub access, solarium and professional massages at an additional charge, knowing their children are supervised and engaged.
Couples without children will also find their footing here, particularly outside peak summer season when the complex settles into a more intimate atmosphere. Sousse is just 10 km away and Monastir 15 km, allowing easy day trips to explore medinas, souks and local gastronomy beyond the resort. The nearby Flamingo golf course is accessible for enthusiasts, though its fees are not included in the stay.
