Arrival

A return transfer from Punta Cana airport (15 km) is part of your package. Upon arrival, reception operates 24/7 and guides you to your room from 14h00 onwards. Our French-speaking representative organizes an information meeting, which we strongly recommend as it clarifies how the establishment operates and reveals the region's treasures. Parking and wifi are included. If you rent a car, the hotel has a car rental agency on-site. Bring a US-format electrical adapter (110 volts on the island) and let your devices charge while you settle in.

Dining, all included

You eat all-inclusive from 6h30 in the morning to 2h at night. Six restaurants await you. Central Plaza offers breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. The Cut celebrates grilled specialties. Kyoka serves Asian cuisine. O'livo brings Italy to your plate. Bellum cultivates Mediterranean cooking. The Win provides quick snacks, while Beach Snack serves buffet with your feet in the sand. For à la carte dining (reservation and supplement), NOT restaurant offers international cuisine. Six bars complete the offer: pool bar, sports bar, snack bar, lobby bar, terrace bar and theatre bar. Days by the water

The beach runs directly along the hotel, a vast expanse of white sand facing the Atlantic Ocean. Two pools welcome you: the main pool with pool bar, and the children's pool equipped with slides. Motorized water sports are available as a supplement. The animation team organizes sports tournaments, aerobics, beach volleyball, water polo and aquagym. A fitness room allows those wishing to maintain their routine. For children, the mini-club welcomes ages 4 to 12 daily from 9h00 to 12h30 and 13h30 to 18h00: games, Spanish lessons, painting, crafts, tournaments, bowling, mini-chef contests and mini-disco keep them engaged. The spa offers sauna, hot tubs, massages and treatments, all available as supplements. Important note: depending on weather, some outdoor facilities may be unavailable and some activities cancelled. Algae may also appear naturally on the beach depending on season, a phenomenon the hotel cleans but without guarantee of total absence.
