Arrival

Collective transfers from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport (44 km) or Fujairah Airport (45 km) take you directly to the 24-hour reception. From the lobby, the clean architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking tropical gardens set the tone: space and perspective are prioritized here. The concierge service organizes your parking at the private lot with valet service, access to your room, and a detailed explanation of services. The 250 rooms are spread over 5 floors. You stay in a Standard room of 38 m², accommodating up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Each room features a terrace or balcony with panoramic views of the ocean or gardens. Inside, you find individual air conditioning, wifi, 42-inch HD flat screen with satellite channels, safe, courtesy tray with tea and coffee, rain shower, bathrobes, slippers and hair dryer. Ironing equipment is available on request.

Dining, all included

The all-inclusive formula begins at 3 p.m. on arrival day and ends at noon on departure day. All your breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served at the main restaurant Mosaïque, bathed in natural light and surrounded by a tropical garden oasis. The cuisine offered is international, served buffet-style and with live cooking stations. Themed evenings punctuate the weeks. For children under 12, a free ice cream is offered daily between 4 and 5 p.m. at Sharkeys. The all-inclusive also includes a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, available between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Beyond the main restaurant, several à la carte establishments are accessible. The beach bar Sharkeys, open from noon to 10 p.m., offers refreshments and snacks in a peaceful atmosphere. Tropicana Pool Bar invites relaxation with tropical cocktails after swimming. Bar Muda, a lounge open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., serves original drinks, creative cuisine and boasts a remarkable cigar selection. Waves Beach Restaurant specializes in seafood and catch of the day with a chic casual beachfront atmosphere. For these à la carte establishments, you receive a daily credit of 60 AED per person and a 30% discount (excluding tobacco and promotions). You can also opt for the Dine Around formula at 130 AED per day for unlimited access to all restaurants and bars.

Days by the water

The hotel enjoys direct access to Al Aqah Beach, a private sandy beach furnished with loungers and parasols. You also find an outdoor temperature-controlled pool, a solarium equipped with loungers and parasols, as well as towels on hand. The fitness room awaits your daily workouts. Activities on offer cover a broad spectrum. Stretching, yoga, aquagym and dance classes (zumba, bachata) are available. For the more energetic, archery, boccia, basketball, beach volleyball, table tennis and darts fill the day. The Flipper's Kids Club offers a program of fun activities for ages 4 to 12, with its own heated outdoor pool, outdoor play area and mini-disco. Motorized water and sports activities (snorkeling, scuba diving with PADI certifications, fishing, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, banana boat, bodyboard, donut ride, knee boarding, wake boarding, water skiing) are available with additional fees. Billiards and access to two tennis courts are also extra. The Zen at Rotana Spa and wellness space offers hammam, sauna, body and facial treatments, and massages, all at preferential rates with 30% discount.

Evening vibes

Each evening brings its share of entertainment. The hotel programs daily international shows, concerts, friendly olympiads, belly dancers, traditional Tanoura dance, acrobatic acts, themed evenings, live music and even clown shows.
