You pass through the doors of Diar Lemdina and instantly shift into another reality. No anonymous hotel lobby, but an authentically reconstructed Tunisian medina where winding streets, small squares, and souks create an atmosphere of total immersion. The establishment spreads across three pavilions, El Bousten, Erriadh, and Diar Sidi Bousaid, each breathing Arab architecture with discreet patios where pools nestle. You are both in an all-inclusive resort and in a living village, just meters from the private beach.

Arrival

From the very welcome, reception operates 24 hours a day to support every moment of your stay. The hotel arranges a round-trip transfer from the airport, comfort from the start. Free wifi throughout the complex, currency exchange available, secure parking. Standard rooms of 25 m² accommodate up to 4 people and offer air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, double or twin beds, bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, safe and mini-fridge. For more space, junior suites of approximately 75 m² feature a large double bed and two sofa beds, ideal for families. Towels and loungers with parasols complete the comfort, against a small towel deposit.

Dining, all included

The all-inclusive formula frees your mind entirely. The main restaurant, le Tunisien, serves generous buffet meals where international cuisine and local specialties coexist. Breakfast from 7am to 10am, late breakfast continental from 10am to 11am, lunch from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, snack from 4pm to 5:30pm, dinner from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. During summer, early breakfast on request and late dinner from 10pm to 2am with mini-buffet complete the offering, plus night snack from 2am to 4am. You have access to three partner restaurants located in neighboring hotels: Mediterranea restaurant (Medina Belisaire & Thalasso hotel), an Italian restaurant (Medina Solaria & Thalasso hotel), and a Tunisian restaurant at Diar Lemdina itself, by reservation and once per stay. The Lobby bar operates from 8am to midnight, the Pool bar from 10am to 6pm in summer season, and the Disco lounge Le Sultan hosts your evenings. Note: canned and bottled drinks, fresh juices and imported spirits are not included in the all-inclusive formula.

Days by the water

Three outdoor pools await you, including one fed with sea water, complemented by an indoor heated pool from October to May, open from 9am to 5pm. The private beach is located 300 meters away, landscaped and protected. Francophone Mondi Club animators offer archery, beach volleyball, table tennis, darts, aerobics and petanque during the day. The fitness room welcomes athletes from 9am to 5pm. The Hammam Lemdina spa center offers complimentary hammam and steam bath once per stay upon prior reservation. Access to Carthage Land park, with its thrilling attractions, is possible on site, open according to school periods and weekends, with waterpark active from May to September. The Palace 1001 Nights and its Museum of Religions complement possible discoveries without leaving the complex.

Evening vibes

International animators offer daytime activities and programmed evening entertainment. The Disco lounge Le Sultan becomes the beating heart of Hammamet nights. For children aged 4 to 12, the mini-club operates 6 days a week from 10am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 5pm, offering a range of fun activities and a mini-disco from 8:30pm. The major advantage: you are 300 meters from a medina alive 24/7 with bars, restaurants, shops, without being overwhelmed by noise. Controlled access separates you from outside life while bringing you close to it.

Who is it for?

This hotel is perfectly suited for families seeking varied entertainment and a secure setting in the heart of a complete tourist universe. Couples will appreciate the architectural authenticity and access to nightlife without fully integrating it. Children will find mini-club, pools and Carthage Land within immediate reach. However, this establishment does not offer PMR rooms, to be checked if accessibility is an issue. During summer and weekends, expect a very busy medina, which adds liveliness but also noise.
